At Colt, our aim is to build an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and have a fair chance to develop and progress. The release of our 2019 Gender Pay Gap report shows that we are making some progress, however there is still more to be done.
The business case for diversity is widely accepted, but building an inclusive workforce is also the right thing to do if you believe, like we do, in what is fair and equitable. Our industry may have traditionally been male dominated, but Colt is looking beyond this. We continue working with our external and internal networks to find ways to inspire young women to consider a career in tech and we are constantly collaborating across our business to ensure we find ways to progress women and retain great talent.
